There are many saints of God in this hour that the devil has lied to, he has caused them believe that, GOD IS WORKING AGAINST THEM! Shout Amen If You Know What I'm Saying Tonight. But I want to encourage you tonight, by reminding you, that, GOD IS NOT WORKING AGAINST YOU HIS CHILD, HE'S WORKING AGAINST THE THINGS THAT SATAN IS USING TO WORK AGAINST YOU! In 1John 3:8 it declares; (He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.) The work of God through His Son Jesus is against the works of the devil: not you his child!

The Lord is with us under this Revival Tent tonight; not to WORK AND FIGHT AGAINST US: HE IS HERE IN OUR MIDST TO WORK AND FIGHT WITH US, AND FOR US AGAINST THE POWERS OF DARKNESS! If You Believe It Shout Amen.

It is the devil that tries to get you to believe that God is working against you. He wants to cause the people of God to feel that God is warring against them. When all of the time it's the devil, and his forces that are at war against you, warring to overcome you and bring you down in defeat. Yes satan is working toward your eternal destruction, oh, but dear child of God don't be discouraged or afraid, because GOD IS WORKING FOR YOU AND FOR YOUR ETERNAL VICTORY!

It is satan that is working to keep you from the blessing of God; but God is at work in your life to draw you nearer to Him, so that you can enjoy partaking of ALL of His blessings!

Satan has tried to convince everyone of us at one time or another that it is God that is warring against us. This is why we must know WHAT GOD'S WORD HAS TO SAY ABOUT THIS! Romans 8:31 says; ( If God be for you, who can be against you?) If your His child, God is for you. Now this scripture does not imply that if you are a child of the MOST HIGH GOD that everybody would be for you, and that nobody would ever be against you. What God's word is letting us know, is that, IF GOD IS WORKING FOR YOU, AND WITH YOU, then everyone and everything that does come against you to try and overcome and defeat you SHALL NOT PREVAIL! Go ahead and praise the lord.

Jesus declared in Matt.16:18; upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Someone Help Me Praise The Lord.

You that have children, and LOVE THEM don't war and fight against them when their doing that which is right. And even when they fail, in your love for them you CORRECT THEM. And God in His great love for His children, will CORRECT and CHASTEN THEM FOR THEIR WRONGS. And if we are not chastened of the Lord when we fail and do wrong; THEN WE ARE NOT HIS CHILDREN! But if we are chastened of God, it is because He loves us.

We are warned in Heb.12:5-11 (And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: ver.6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. ver.7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? ver.8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. ver.9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? ver.10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. ver.11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.)

Now as the people of God, we are exhorted not to despise the chastening of the Lord. For in His great love for us, He use's CORRECTION, REPROOF and REBUKE to bring us from where we have fallen. But even in His chastening us, He is not WORKING AGAINST US: HE IS WORKING FOR US! Can You Shout Amen Someone?!

You see, EVERYTHING that God is doing in you, and ALL His dealings in your life are for your PROFIT. They are not for your hurt and destruction, but rather for YOUR GOOD!

Satan Wants You To Blame God

What you must realize is this; that it is satan and his forces that are at work against you. His whole purpose is to destroy you, and the work that God has already done in you; and then get you to BLAME GOD for the evil that satan is trying to destroy you with.

Do you remember in the book of Job, when the Sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord; that satan came also among them. When satan had told God that he had been going to and fro in the earth, and walking up and down in it, God asked him: Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? Satan's reply was this: Doth Job fear God for nought? God you've blessed everything about Job, and you've built an hedge about him. Put forth thine hand, and touch all that he hath, (I don't think satan really knows what he asking God to do; because if God puts forth His hand and touched all that Job had, what Job had would have been greater blessed) and Job will curse thee to thy face. The devil wanted God to work against Job by putting His hand on the things he had blessed Job with, and destroy them, but GOD WOULD NOT WORK AGAINST JOB! God did permit satan to try Job, to prove to the devil that JOB DOESN'T SERVE ME BECAUSE OF THINGS: HE SERVES ME BECAUSE I'M GOD, AND HE LOVES ME!

Then we find satan going forth to work against Job, and to set an all out attack against him. Notice with me in Job 1:16 how satan tries to make it look like to Job that even God is having a hand in destroying him. Lets read it; (While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The fire of God is fallen from heaven, and hath burned up the sheep, and the servants, and consumed them; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.) Do you see what the devil tried to make it look like? Satan made sure that it appeared unto Job's servant that God had sent that fire out of heaven. You see, judging by appearance alone, that fire seemed to have came from God out of heaven, but God had nothing to do with that fire. That fire came from satan, out of the air. Eph.2:2 tells us that satan is the prince of the power of the air. It was satan, not God that had caused that fire to come down upon Job's sheep, and burnt them up.

Lets take a look at this. The appearance of that fire coming down from the sky, would very easily cause those that don't know God and the Word of God, to think that it is God working against them to destroy them. There is and old saying that says: APPEARANCES CAN BE DECEIVING! And satan is a master at deceiving, and making things appear to be something there not. This is why friend you must be STEADFAST IN GOD'S WORD!

Now we know that God has sent fire down out of heaven at different times. But God has never sent fire to work against them that LOVE and SERVE Him. HE ALWAYS SENT THE FIRE TO WORK FOR THEM! Shout Yes.

When Elijah had gathered the children of Israel, the prophets of Baal, and the prophets of Jezebel together on Mt. Carmel, he said unto them: HOW LONG HALT YE BETWEEN TWO OPINIONS? If the Lord be God, follow Him: but if Baal, then follow him. Then he said, call ye on the name of your gods, and I will call on the NAME OF THE LORD: AND THE GOD THAT ANSWERETH BY FIRE, LET HIM BE GOD! The prophets of Baal and of Jezebel set up their altar and called upon Baal all day long even unto the evening to send fire down upon their altar; but NOTHING HAPPENED. They EVEN CUT THEMSELVES until the blood gushed from them, and leaped upon their altar to try and make something happen: BUT THEIR DEAD GOD COULD DO NOTHING FOR THEM! Then Elijah prepared the Altar of God, laid the offering upon it, and then topped it off by pouring twelve barrels of water on it. Praise God I Love This. I'm sure that those prophets of Baal thought; we haven't got anything to worry about, there ain't no way that's going to burn. But when Elijah prayed GOD SENT THE FIRE! God's fire fell that day, not to work against Elijah, but to WORK FOR THE MAN OF GOD, AND TO CAUSE THE PEOPLE OF GOD TO RETURN BACK UNTO THEIR GOD!

Friend, let me tell you that God has never and will never send fire out of heaven to work against His people. Every time that God sent fire it was to DESTROY THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL! Even when the children of Israel were in Egyptian bondage, the plagues that God sent among the Egyptians were not sent to work against the people of God; BUT TO WORK TOWARDS THEIR DELIVERANCE! You see, the things that God is WORKING IN YOUR LIFE, He is working in you so that you can live a life of VICTORY OVER ALL THE THINGS SATAN WOULD DESIRE TO DESTROY YOU WITH!

God's Working All Things For Your Good

In Ph'p.1:6 it reads, (Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:) Look at it: He which hath begun a GOOD WORK IN YOU! Not he which hath begun a BAD WORK IN YOU. That which God is working in you is GOOD. GOD IS WORKING A GOOD WORK IN YOU, AND FILLING YOU WITH HIS GOOD THINGS, THAT WAY THERE WILL BE NO ROOM IN YOU FOR BAD WORKS OR BAD THINGS! Raise Your Hands And Praise The Lord.

Beloved, Paul moved by the Holy Ghost wrote in Eph.2:10, (For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.) We are GOD'S WORKMANSHIP. God's work in you is not for bad, but for Good. I serve a GOOD GOD, who GIVES GOOD GIFTS, and who is WORKING EVERYTHING TOWARDS MY GOOD! Rom.8:28 says, (And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.) Did you catch the very first three words? AND WE KNOW! AND WE KNOW! And you must know it also in order not to be DECEIVED by the DECEIVER. Dear saints of God; YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER IS NOT WORKING AGAINST YOU, HE'S WORKING EVERYTHING FOR YOUR GOOD! HE IS NOT AT WAR AGAINST YOU; HE IS WARRING WITH YOU, AND FOR YOU TO DESTROY THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL WHICH ARE SET AGAINST YOU TO DESTROY YOU!

Hear it; YE ARE OF GOD LITTLE CHILDREN, AND HAVE OVERCOME THEM: BECAUSE GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU, THEN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD! God has called and enabled you to be an OVERCOMER; not to be the overcomed. And you can OVERCOME, because GREATER, someone shout GREATER!!! GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU, then he that is in the world.

Yes, He the is warring with us, and for us, is greater then he that is warring against us. God's Word declares us to be MORE THEN CONQUERORS THROUGH HIM THAT LOVES US!

Even when the APPEARANCE of things look like SURE DEFEAT for the people of God in 2 Chr.32 that God Fearing king, Hezekiah did not let the APPEARANCE OF THINGS cause him to lose his confidence in the DELIVERING POWER OF GOD! Listen to his Words of Faith; (ver.7 Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him: ver.8 With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.) Someone Shout, Glory.

Revival Even In The Jail House When You Know God Is Working For You

No doubt the devil thought, that if he would have Paul and Silas beat and thrown in jail for working the works of God, that, that would discourage them and that they would quit PREACHING, and WORKING THE WORKS OF GOD. But that didn't stop them. At midnight in that old jail house, held fast in stocks, and beaten severely, those two HOLY GHOST FILLED men of God sang praises unto God and prayed. God's word declares, that God sent an earthquake and through a Mighty Miracle loosed the stocks form off them, and opened up the prison doors, and SET THEM FREE! The jailer and his family got saved!
